SMS Terms of Service
Laché Movement Co. provides several different communication channels for our clients and general consumers to contact and communicate with our business, including but not limited to email, text messaging/SMS, and phone calls. Message and data rates may apply.
You opt in to SMS messaging either by texting us directly, or by creating an account in WellnessLiving where you can change your notification preferences. In both cases you will be sent confirmation messaging that you have opted in, which includes how to opt out.
Once you have opted-in, subscribed, or joined our SMS notifications, types of messages you can expect from Laché Movement Co. include but are not limited to:
Class schedule updates
Upcoming class/workshop alerts
Answer/reply to inbound texts
On average 0 to 3 messages per week, frequency is dependent on your activity with us and what you have consented to receive via text message. If you have opted-in for class reminders, you can expect messages prior to your scheduled class times. Otherwise, the message frequency will be on an as-needed basis.
You can cancel or opt-out to the SMS service at any time. You can do this by logging in to your WellnessLiving account and changing your preferences, or sending the SMS message "STOP" or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and have chosen to opt-out. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, as mentioned above you can log in to your WellnessLiving account and adjust your notification settings, or text us directly and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive on average 0 to 3 messages per week, frequency is dependent on your activity with us as stated above.
