The word “Laché,” commonly used in parkour, means “to let go.” And this is what Laché Movement Co. encourages: to let go of fear, let go of doubt, let go of excuses, let go of the preconceived notions of what your body can and cannot do.

Mother’s and their kiddos make the best duo partners! Don’t let your kids have all the fun in aerial class, join them on the lyra this mother’s day weekend. Together you will learn a few basic lyra (aerial hoop) poses and then put them together for an exciting and beginner friendly doubles routine with your little one.
