This workshop will focus on corrective technique exercises for two arm technique, one arm static technique, switches: low switch & up switch, and one arm spinning technique.

We will work through progressive exercises for two arm sequences, roll ups, muscle ups, side to sides, straps specific sequences, and there will be space left open to our groups personal straps goals to be achieved.
Switches will involve a progressive exercise: one arm shoulder stability and scapular control, leg lifts, meat hooks, straddle meat hooks, flags flying up to low and up switches.
