Saturday

Session 1: "Geometry & Physics of Acro Conditioning" (3 Hours)
Clean drills are the secret to longevity and overall improvement for even the most experienced practitioners. This class will get your bodies warm and evaluate the portions of your movement that need refinement. Once identified, we will provide methods of training that can be beneficial for both your L-Basing and Standing Practice long after leaving the classroom.

BREAK (1.5 Hours)

Session 2: "Precision Movement" (2.5 Hours)
The proper absorbing and pouring of weight allows partnerships to find single point stability during movement. This journey begins by exploring precarious transitions that challenge your understanding of balance. After expanding your sense of balance, we will continue to up-level by adding movement in precarious positions.
Sunday

Session 3: “Standing Acro Calibrations” (3 Hours)
For many individuals, the jump in elevation between L-Basing and Standing Acrobatics can be daunting. Our focus is bridging the gap between these 2 practices. Emphasis will be on elevated F2H & H2H postures/movement in a manner that maintains a safe environment for flyers while significantly challenging our bases. Intelligent spotting is paramount to a successful standing practice and will be an integral part of this content.

BREAK (1.5 Hours)

Session 4: "Standing Acro Sequencing" (2.5 Hours)
The incorporation of elegance is essential to our standing practice. Our priority will be adding movement to static poses and mobility between multiple standing postures. Instruction of these transitions will highlight the benefits of structure over strength. Learning techniques to build standing flows will provide us with ease and comfort at new heights.
